- Consult with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget
- Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options to design customized travel itineraries
- Provide expert advice on travel-related matters, including visa requirements, health and safety precautions, and cultural considerations
- Book flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services using reservation systems and online platforms
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements and exceptional service for clients
- Handle inquiries, reservations, payments, and any changes or cancellations promptly and accurately
- Stay informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging destinations
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through attentive communication and personalized service
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18.
- Access to a smartphone/laptop with internet connectivity.
